You can't play your sport if you are hurt on the bench. The more we can focus on healthier training to promote the bodies ability to stabilize and keep from compensating the more kids playing instead of sitting due to injury. This clinic will focus on starting at the core and strengthen key muscle groups needed for optimal performance.
